When Are Emails Sent via Inbox Integration vs. Lendware’s Email Servers?

Emails sent from Lendware can go through one of two channels, each designed for specific use cases and offering unique benefits:

  • Inbox Integration (Google or Microsoft 365)

  • Lendware's Marketing & Mass Email Servers

Our goal with every email is to ensure deliverabilitycompliance, and tracking. Lendware uses the method best suited for the type of email you're sending.

Emails Sent via Inbox Integration

When you send a one-to-one email directly to a contact from Lendware, it uses your connected email account (via Inbox Integration). This works the same as if you sent the email from your laptop or phone:

  • Emails appear in your personal “Sent” folder.

  • Replies go directly to your integrated inbox.

  • Emails sent outside of Lendware (from your phone/laptop) will sync to the contact in Lendware only if that contact exists in your Lendware database.

  • Your company retains a record via its existing email system.

Emails Sent via Lendware’s Marketing Email Servers

For marketing campaigns and automations—like newsletters, mass emails, or contact-based automations—Lendware uses its own marketing email servers. This approach is optimized for high-volumecompliant, and efficient email delivery.

These emails:

  • Include required opt-out language and links automatically.

  • Do not appear in your personal “Sent” folder.

  • Are fully tracked and stored in Lendware, linked to the contact’s timeline.

Benefits include:

  • Higher deliverability and inbox placement.

  • Faster sending speeds with no rate limits.

  • Improved compliance with email marketing laws.

  • Lower risk of emails being flagged as spam or blocked.
