Canva has become the go-to app for companies large and small, teams and individuals, to create, manage and edit their brand assets for sales and marketing use. Now with the Lendware integration, you can add Canva assets to emails with ease.
Lendware is one of the first platforms to take advantage of Canva's new API for sending assets straight from Canva into Lendware. Since this is a new release from Canva, new features will become available with time.
β οΈ Currently, the Canva integration is in BETA phase and is only available to select Users and Enterprises. The first phase of the integration allows for adding image assets from Canva into Lendware emails only. As time goes on, we'll continue to add more features and asset types.
In this article, we'll demonstrate the following:
- Integrate a User Account with Canva
- Add Canva Assets to Email
- How Folders Work in Canva
π To demonstrate the power of a free Canva account, that is the account type used in each example below.
β οΈ As with any integration, Lendware does not support or warranty the functionality, accounts, or stability of that platform.
Integrate a User Account with Canva
This first video will demonstrate how to integrate an individual User in Lendware with a free Canva account. The process is the same, regardless of the Canva account type.
Not all Team members or Users are required to use the integration, however, only those users with integrated Canva accounts will have access to add the available assets. When multiple users are on a team, this is where the "Team" account type may be useful. More information on Canva account types can be found here.
Add Canva Assets to Email
Adding an image to either a direct email or an automation email can be done with just a few clicks. In this video, we'll demonstrate both.
βοΈ Currently, only adding an image is supported with the BETA Canva integration. More options will be coming π
How Folders Work in Canva
The quickest and easiest way to find image assets through the integration is by using "folders" in Canva to keep everything organized and consistent naming of each folder and image asset.
In this video, we'll demonstrate how to add folders in Canva and move image assets to live within those folders. This not only helps add images into Lendware, but will help ensure your Canva account is well organized and ready for the long-term use.
π This concludes an overview of the Lendware to Canva integration.
